How information is used

We use the information described above to operate the index, show and maintain player records, protect forms from abuse, provide optional account features, diagnose technical issues, measure aggregate service performance and support advertising where enabled. PlayerCFG does not sell visitor-submitted personal information as a standalone dataset.

Advertising, analytics and third parties

Google AdSense is loaded to support advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad serving, measurement and—where permitted and consented—personalisation. PlayerCFG also uses hosting/authentication services, may use analytics tools, and includes a hidden footer embed from CyberIRC Webmaster. Each provider may process technical request information under its own terms and privacy policy. External player-source and network links are governed by their respective publishers after you leave playercfg.com.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal information connected to you. To make a request, identify the relevant record or submission and contact the publisher. You can also control many advertising cookies through Google My Ad Center, About Ads Choices and your browser settings.

International transfers and security

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use reasonable operational and technical measures to protect the service, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment information, government identifiers or other sensitive data through PlayerCFG suggestion forms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site, providers or legal obligations change. The current version is effective from 27 August 2026.
